I have read lots and lots of books about anxiety and depression and have found this book to be very helpful without being overwhelmingly complicated or too heavy to read while suffering from and anxiety and depression. It also contains similar content to what I have learnt from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy therapists which would be very helpful to others. In particular I found the chapter about adrenaline very helpful and have learnt that a lot of the symptoms I have are caused by this.

When you are suffering from Anxiety it is likely that you have a lot of unanswered questions going on in your mind. These questions might be playing on your thoughts – all this does it add stress and panic to your mind causing even more problems.
