Morning anxiety was a debilitating cycle in my life, and for so many other anxiety sufferers worldwide. It was almost like when I started my day right, had a good deep sleep, and woke up with a decent mindset towards the day things were good. But when the day started off with fear (which was most of the time) it was tough to get inspired.
Until I Realized That Fear Was Just False Evidence Appearing Real In My Mind, I Was Just Masking My problems
