“I need health anxiety relief!” This is how 100’s of emails I open up daily start off. Thankfully for those anxiety warriors my passion through cognitive behavioral therapy is to focus in on this exact condition. It also becomes much easier for me because I can relate to their health anxiety journey, and that’s half the battle right there.

“Is Health Anxiety Relief Even A Possibility Without Years Of Therapy And Medication?” Most Definitely Warriors.

It’s difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you wake up thinking you have a brain tumor everyday. Convincing the part of your mind that just won’t let go of the possibility that you have a serious illness, isn’t easy. Emotion and repetition sure can help to re-construct this new fearless you though.

I believe in these 5 A’s so much, that I would bet a deep understanding and application of them alone can trigger health anxiety relief. Just as a painting with the color blue can trigger anxiety and panic attacks in a deeply sensitized person (due to past experiences), A reminder of these 5 A’s can also trigger internal balance.

    I have extreme health anxiety and envision things amiss with me, however, abstain from heading off to the doctor since I am perplexed he will affirm my fears. And I have had myself dying an agonizing drawn-out death several times after researching on the web and inquiring about things that confirm my fears. It is indeed a horrible anxiety.

    • Letting go of the daily routines we have to manage this problem is important. I was also an avid Doctor Google searcher until I realized it was doing nothing towards my health anxiety relief.
