    Like that famous quote says, “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.” Thank you for giving the time to make this podcast, well needed for someone like me who needs a little push.

    Staying motivated all day is one of the few things that I struggle with on a daily basis. There are days that I wake up and am ready to go while other days I just want to stay in bed and watch the TV. I cannot figure it out, but I think it has to do with stress or depression. What do you think?

    • I think it may have something to do with the toxins floating around our bodies, as well as the blockages to our full potentials in our brains.

    I have set some goals for this year. At first I was motivated, but now it seems like everything else is getting in the way of my goals. How do I keep focused on the “prize” and get back on track?
