Victims Of Panic Disorder Symptoms Should Be Told The Truth!

December 20, 2014

You see it all the time, victims of hypochondriasis going from doctor to doctor for their panic disorder symptoms, only to be shown the results of their deepest physical worries coming back negative each time. One sufferer I have been working with for a while now through the end the anxiety program, has even filled me in on something that baffled me further:

His Doctor Apparently Doesn’t Believe In Panic Disorder Symptoms, And Believes More Tests Must Be Done To Rule Out The Potential Of A Physical Issue

Keep in mind this was after he had already done multiple ct scans, blood tests, stress tests and much more. So my question is: At what point do today’s ‘professionals’ start treating the panic disorder symptoms, and get to the root of the anxiety problem? When is it time to say no to someone who comes in wanting to do more tests for his continuous hypochondriac state?

A true mind of someone with panic disorder symptoms and hypochondria.

It could be cancer, AIDS, Lyme or Ebola – whatever may be making the rounds lately in the media, these people who suffer through panic disorder symptoms and hypochondria, just can’t seem to turn their focus off from their bodies. It is also my personal opinion that today’s health care professionals need to do a much better job of educating the sufferers on the root of their problem, and express with great emotion the truth to their anxious condition.

Let’s be honest here for a second, why do people who suffer from panic disorder symptoms and hypochondria visit the emergency or their local doctors monthly, or even weekly in many cases? Because it’s my personal opinion that they inadvertently validate the sufferers perception of a physical condition. We do these sufferers a massive disservice by constantly repeating check-up after check-up after check-up.

Each and every persons concerns should be taken seriously, that’s a given. But there’s a secret I want to share with anyone suffering through panic disorder symptoms and hypochondria and I’m sure you want to hear it so here it goes: What you STOP doing consciously and unconsciously that is fueling your anxiety, is as important as what you START doing when it comes to your panic disorder symptoms and anxiety.

What Do I Mean By That You Ask?

What I mean is this, take a good look at your life. I mean a really good look at what you’re doing from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to sleep. In that time can you notice certain habits that bring on your panic disorder symptoms? Maybe a recurring thought in the morning that fuels the anxiousness you feel throughout the day?

Did you know that you become the 5 people you spend the most time with throughout your days? Could those people be contributing to your panic disorder symptoms and anxiety you feel? They say old habits are hard to break, but I disagree. With the right mental approach, and a set plan for ending your anxiety naturally, in time those anxious habits that you have built up can all be eliminated. All you have to do is take a real good look at each and every ‘hole’ throughout the day that may be sucking you into your panic disorder symptoms, and chronic anxiety.
