The system bombards you with learning stuff you don’t need. The system subliminally teaches you to fear things that don’t need fearing. The system fuels your anxiety so you fall in line with today’s first line of treatments. Welcome to the system.

You came to this world as a blank slate, you were a sponge absorbing all the information presented to you and installing fear after fear into your life. You came to this world with only two fears; The fear of loud noises, and the fear of falling. Generalized anxiety for the most part wasn’t your fault, but it is your responsibility to overcome.

“It’s In Your Hands Now, Just Open Your Eyes.”

We’re told to shoot for our dreams without being shown how to deal with obstacles. Dealing with those obstacles are the very things we need to learn growing up to succeed over things that don’t make us feel right. But no one teaches us these lessons, and our parents can’t teach us what they don’t know. This is a dangerous place to be if you never stop and question your own beliefs.

Because if you don’t learn how to solve problems in this lifetime, the world will bombard you with anxiety provoking experiences one after another. Life truly begins when you gain a sense of direction in your life and you begin understanding one very important lesson:

You are not your past, and you are not this system.

You have a creative genius within you itching to be connected to, if only you would listen in silence, and understand that there will be a price to pay for this change you want to create. Only question is are you willing to pay the price, and become temporary uncomfortable as you begin your path towards overcoming Generalized Anxiety.
